On November 10th, 2012 we sat out the morning hunt and went to this property mid morning and hung this stand set in anticipation of strong south winds for the evening hunt.  We heard this buck chasing does in a large sink hole area to our south with about 25 minutes of legal shooting light left.  The buck pushed a group of does into the winter wheat field and they led him in front of our stand. Will made a solid 30-35 yard shot on the buck.  With the power and speed of the Wildfire II the cross bolt made a complete pass through.

The buck ran back into the sink hole area which is where we recovered the buck after giving him some time to expire.  It was a memorable hunt and we want to thank our sponsors at Arrow Precision Outdoors for their partnership.  Without them this crossbow hunt would not have been possible!

Thanks again fellas! We really appreciate this partnership and look forward to helping promote your product line in the future!
